01How does the fit work?
Our hoodies are cut oversized on purpose. Use the Find your size tool on each product page: enter your height and weight and it recommends your size. Prefer it looser? Pick Extra room and it sizes you up one.
02How much is shipping?
Shipping is free worldwide on every order, with tracking. DHL Express is also available at checkout for $9.95.
03How do I track my order?
You get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
04Will I pay customs or import taxes?
Orders to some countries may be subject to import duties or taxes set by local authorities. These are paid by the customer on delivery.
05Can I return or exchange?
Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to request a return or an exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed and with the original tags. Email us with your order number to start.
06My item arrived damaged or wrong.
Email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We replace it at no cost.
07What payment methods do you accept?
Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and all major credit cards. Checkout is processed securely by Shopify.
08How do I reach you?
